Our uniformed staff greets you right inside the terminal, holding a sign with the Blue Dreams or your hotel's logo. The team is always close by — once they've found you, they call your driver, who is parked in the main lot. All of these details are also on the e-voucher we send you.
+What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight automatically, so a delay on the same flight number needs no action from you. If you end up arriving on a different flight, message us — we'll always try to still cover it, but on a changed flight we can't guarantee the vehicle, since that depends on demand and availability at that moment, and pickup waiting time is limited.
+Do you have child seats?
Yes — one child seat is included free with your transfer. Mention the ages of any children traveling when you book, since we carry three types: infant seat (0–12 months), car seat (1–4 years) and booster seat (5–7 years).
+Can you have drinks waiting for us in the vehicle?
Yes — a fresh bottle of water is already waiting in every vehicle. Ask for a specific cold drink when you book, or grab one from your driver right before you load in at the airport.
