Every ride, whether airport to hotel or hotel to hotel, is a private vehicle, never shared.

+Is this a private or shared transfer?
It is private, not a shared shuttle. The vehicle is reserved for the travelers on your booking, with no unrelated passengers and no stops at other hotels.
+Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Published rates are per private vehicle, not per person, and include the driver, taxes and waiting time on arrival. Your total reflects the route, trip type, party size and the vehicle you select, and both vehicle prices are shown before payment.
+How do we find your staff at the airport?
Our uniformed staff greets you right inside the terminal, holding a sign with the Blue Dreams logo. The team is always close by. Once they've found you, they call your driver, who is parked in the main lot. All of these details are also on the e-voucher we send you.
+What happens if my arriving flight is delayed?
We monitor your arriving flight automatically, so a delay on the same flight number needs no action from you. If you end up arriving on a different flight, message us. We'll always try to still cover it, but on a changed flight we can't guarantee the vehicle, since that depends on demand and availability at that moment, and pickup waiting time is limited. Departures work differently: we pick you up at your hotel at the time you choose, so please allow enough time for check-in.
+Can I book a round trip?
Yes. Choose “Round trip” when you check your rate and add the flight details for your return to the airport. In Cancún and the Riviera Maya the round trip is exactly twice the one-way rate. In Los Cabos it has its own published rate, which we show or confirm in writing before payment.
+Do you have child seats?
Yes. The first child seat is included free with your transfer; each additional seat has an extra charge.
+How much luggage fits?
The Suburban (SUV) carries up to 5 passengers and the Van up to 8, with one bag per passenger. Groups of 9 or more travel in two or more vehicles, arranged with a coordinator. For golf bags, strollers or oversized items, message us on WhatsApp before you book.
+Can you have drinks waiting for us in the vehicle?
Yes. A fresh bottle of water is already waiting in every vehicle. Ask for a specific cold drink when you book.
