How do we find your staff at the airport?
After customs, walk out through the taxis and shuttles exit to the authorized ground transportation area, where the licensed vans with federal plates wait. Our team is there holding a sign with the Blue Dreams logo. If you don't see your driver, call or message us on WhatsApp at +52 998 180 3700 and we'll locate them in seconds. All of these details are also on the e-voucher we send you.
What happens if my arriving flight is delayed?
We monitor your arriving flight automatically, so a delay on the same flight number needs no action from you. If you end up arriving on a different flight, message us. We'll always try to still cover it, but on a changed flight we can't guarantee the vehicle, since that depends on demand and availability at that moment, and pickup waiting time is limited. Departures work differently: we pick you up at your hotel at the time you choose, so please allow enough time for check-in.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. The first child seat is included free with your transfer if you request it when you book; each additional seat has an extra charge.
Can we stop at a store on the way?
Yes. Ask for it when you book and your driver makes a quick courtesy stop on the way, at an Oxxo convenience store or for a quick necessary purchase.
